1. Features & Purpose
The Announcement module provides a centralized platform for enterprises to publish and manage information notifications. Administrators can send messages via KiwiCloud to console users or device users for a variety of scenarios such as maintenance notifications, system updates, and corporate announcements — enabling rapid, centralized, and traceable communication.
The module includes two main tabs:
Create Announcement: Allows administrators to create announcements, view details, and delete announcements.
Receive Announcement: Enables users to view announcement details. Recipients cannot delete announcements to ensure the integrity and authority of transmitted information.
By centralizing announcements, the module helps improve communication and operational efficiency, avoiding reliance on traditional manual notifications or third-party messaging tools and ensuring important information reaches target users accurately.
Typical Scenarios
Send maintenance notifications to console users before system maintenance to avoid incorrect operations.
Push update announcements to device users to prompt timely upgrades.
Publish internal corporate announcements to ensure users across regions and roles receive important messages.
Replace fragmented notifications via chat groups, emails, etc., with a unified messaging center.
