Quickly view device, app, and policy status via dashboard to help admins grasp overall system operations.

1. Feature Overview and Application Scenarios

The homepage is the default landing page after logging into KiwiCloud. It uses visual cards to present key indicators such as device statistics, application distribution, online status, and model distribution, enabling users to comprehensively grasp the current device status.

Typical Use Cases:

  • Quickly check device registration progress and identify devices not yet online or configured

  • Monitor application distribution and identify devices with uninstalled or unauthorized apps

  • Understand device online status, major model distribution, and OS version composition

  • Customize shortcut entries to easily navigate to commonly used modules

Primary Functions:

  • View device statistics (total, in use, unregistered, non-compliant)

  • View application statistics (total apps, mandatory, blacklist, non-compliant)

  • View online status, model distribution, registration trends, and OS distribution

Secondary Functions:

  • View recent user operation logs

  • Manage shortcut entries and customize links to common modules

2. Main Operations

2.1 View Device Statistics

Quickly assess the registration progress of managed devices and identify devices not yet online or configured.

Steps:

1) Go to the “Device Data Statistics” section at the top of the dashboard

2) View the following data:

  • Total Devices

  • Devices in Use

  • Unregistered Devices

  • Non-compliant Devices

3) Click the number on the "Non-compliant Devices" card to navigate to the device list for further filtering and handling

4) You can also click the “Device Management” button in the upper-right corner to access the full device list

2.2 View Application Statistics

Monitor application distribution to identify devices with missing or unauthorized apps.

Steps:

1) Go to the “Application Statistics” section at the top of the homepage

2) View the following data:

  • Total Applications

  • Installed Count

  • Devices with Publishing Policy Violations

  • Devices with Kiosk Policy Violations

3) Click the “Application Management” button in the upper-right corner to navigate to the application list for further actions

2.3 View Device Online Status, Model Distribution, Registration Trend, and OS Distribution

Get a comprehensive view of device usage and technical architecture.

Steps:

1) Navigate to the chart area under the “Data Overview” section

2) View the following charts:

  • Online Status: Click the pie chart to see the number and ratio of online/offline/unknown devices

  • Model Distribution: Horizontal bar chart showing distribution by device model

  • Registration Trend: Line chart showing recent device registration activity, with weekly/monthly toggle available

  • OS Distribution: Device distribution by Android OS version

3. Secondary Operations

3.1 Shortcut Entries

Users can customize shortcuts to commonly used modules such as Device List, Device Policy, Application Policy, etc. Settings only affect the current user's interface and do not impact others.

A maximum of 6 shortcuts is supported

Steps:

1) Click the "+" button in the shortcut section

2) Select the module you wish to add

3) Click [Submit] to create the shortcut

4) Click [Manage] to edit or delete existing shortcuts

3.2 Operation Logs

View recent operation records, including user logins and configuration changes.

Click [More Logs] to navigate to the [Logs > Operation Logs] page for additional records.

Online Devices

Devices where the KC app has successfully connected to server

Offline Devices

Devices where the KC app has disconnected from the server
