1. Features and Application Objectives
The Device Reports module provides visualized statistics and data export capabilities for device operations and analysis. It covers core information such as device online status, operating system distribution, device registration trends, model distribution, and detailed device lists. This module is designed to help administrators quickly understand the operational overview, structural characteristics, and changing trends of devices, providing a data foundation for subsequent maintenance decisions, procurement planning, and business optimization.
Module Composition:
Operation Item | Description |
Device Data Summary | Displays core data such as device online status, OS distribution, registration trends, and model distribution in chart form. |
Device Data | Centrally displays detailed device information in a table, with support for search, filtering, pagination, and data export. |
Typical Application Scenarios
Monitor device online rates via the online status chart to quickly locate offline or abnormal devices.
Plan system upgrades or security patches based on the operating system distribution.
Analyze deployment pace and channel delivery progress using registration trends.
Optimize policy deployment and hardware compatibility testing according to the model distribution.
Use device data export for asset inventory or integration and analysis in third-party systems.
2. Device Data Statistics
Description
Device Data Statistics presents core operational and distribution information of registered devices in the platform through visualized charts. It helps administrators quickly understand device online status, operating system version proportions, registration trends, and model distribution, providing data insights for maintenance, procurement, and strategy planning. The current page includes the following main charts:
1) Device Online Status Chart
Function: Displays the overall online status of devices in the platform, categorized into "Online Devices," "Offline Devices," and "Others," showing both quantity and percentage.
Purpose: Helps administrators visually monitor device connectivity and identify long-term offline or abnormal devices.
2) Operating System Chart
Function: Shows device quantity and percentage by OS version, allowing administrators to view distribution across versions.
Purpose: Supports system compatibility assessments, firmware upgrade plans, and version adaptation strategies.
3) Device Registration Trend Chart
Function: Plots the change in registered device quantity over time (by month or by week) along the horizontal axis.
Purpose: Helps analyze device registration activity, channel delivery progress, and market expansion pace.
4) Device Model Distribution Chart
Function: Shows quantity and proportion of devices by model, enabling quick understanding of the distribution of different models in the platform.
Purpose: Provides reference for maintenance configuration, policy optimization, and hardware compatibility testing.
3. Device Data
Description
The Device Data page presents detailed information on all registered devices in the platform in a tabular format, and provides search, filter, pagination, and data export functions. This allows administrators to quickly locate target devices for maintenance management or statistical analysis.
The device data list supports queries by Device Name and Manufacturer, and can export data files based on the current filter criteria for external archiving or further analysis.
Notes
The search bar supports fuzzy matching, enabling quick location of target devices.
Exported data files should be stored securely to prevent the leakage of sensitive information.
When a device’s online status is displayed as
--, it means that real-time online information has not yet been retrieved for that device.
Steps
Access the Device Data Page
In the Device Reports module, switch to the Device Data tab.
The page will display the list of all registered devices by default.
Search and Filter Devices
Enter a keyword for Device Name or Manufacturer in the search box.
Click the Search button to execute the query.
Click the Reset button to clear search conditions and refresh the list.
Export Data
Click the Export button in the top right corner.
The system will download a CSV file containing all device records under the current filter conditions.
