  1. How to register an account?

To register for KiwiCloud, please contact our sales team at [email protected] or submit your information via our official website: https://kiwi.cloud/contact-us.

Based on your needs, please purchase the corresponding product license.
A sales representative will create your account and assign the appropriate license.

Note: After your account is activated, the system will email the KiwiCloud Console URL, Login Email, and password to the registered contact.

  1. Account Role Description

All accounts registered by the sales team are main accounts by default.

A main account has the following capabilities:

  • Invite partners to register sub-accounts for application publishing and device management

  • Manage its own custom app marketplace, including:

    • Controlling which applications are displayed

    • Uploading applications that can appear in the marketplace without review

  • Customize and remotely manage enrolled devices

  • Manage sub-accounts and assign roles to operators
