How to log in to KiwiCloud?

To access the KiwiCloud portal, you need a username and password, which are created by your sales representative during the onboarding process. The account provided is assigned the Super Administrator role.

For the first-time login in as a Super Administrator:

  • Open a web browser.

  • Enter the portal URL:

  • The system will redirect you to the KiwiCloud login page.

After entering your username and password, click "Log In" to access the dashboard.

At the top of the page, you can:

  • Switch the interface language between English and Simplified Chinese

  • Access User Management, including the User Center and Logout options

  • View announcements and notifications in the top-right corner

A Super Administrator can create additional user accounts with different roles to help manage the KiwiCloud portal.

Once a new account is created, an activation link will be sent to the user’s registered email address to complete the setup process.

These users can then log in to the portal using the same steps described above.

If you forget your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link and enter the email address associated with your account. A password reset link will be sent to the provided email address (valid for 30 minutes).
