The Enrollment → Device module covers the full device lifecycle from import to retirement. Administrators can bulk-import devices via manual template upload or system sync. Imported devices move through four stages: Import, To be Managed, Managed, and Retired — providing unified device lifecycle management.

Import - Manual Import
Download the template, fill in device SN information, and upload to bulk-import devices into the platform. Supports filtering by SN and time range. List fields include Operation ID, Import Progress, Enrollment Progress, Operator, and Start/Completion Time.

Import - System Sync
Displays device data automatically migrated from iMinKit. When an account is migrated from iMinKit to KiwiCloud, both IMA and KMA devices from iMinKit are automatically synced to this list — no manual import required.

Import Progress Tracking
Monitor real-time task status and progress for each import batch, including device recognition results and enrollment readiness.

Duplicate Management & Rollback
Automatically detects duplicate device records across imports. Supports soft rollback for removed or updated records to ensure data accuracy.

To be Managed
Devices that have been imported and are awaiting enrollment. Manual enrollment or automatic enrollment can be triggered from here.

Managed
List of devices that have been enrolled and are under active management. View device details, current group, associated policies, and running status.

​

Retired
Records of devices that have been removed from the platform, used for asset tracking and audit purposes.
