Updated over 5 months ago

1. Function & Purpose

This document uses KMA-type devices as examples to demonstrate standard device management flows and interface features. GMA and IMA types are not covered here.

The Device List is one of the core entry points of the KiwiCloud platform. It allows users to view the status of all connected devices, filter and locate them, jump to the details page, assign groups, and push policies. Devices are managed by access type (KMA / GMA / IMA), supporting operational needs across various lifecycle stages.

Typical Use Cases:

  • Select devices in bulk for remote control or policy assignment

  • Locate specific devices and enter the details page for individualized troubleshooting

  • Perform group assignments and manage inheritance using “Group Management”

  • Cross-check policy effectiveness and anomalies via “Policy” module

  • Integrate with “Device Import” and “QR Code Enrollment” to complete the end-to-end onboarding workflow

2. Main Operations
