How to Log In to KiwiCloud

To access the KiwiCloud Console, you need a username and password provided by your sales representative during onboarding. The account is assigned the Super Administrator role by default.


Login Steps

Open a web browser and enter the console URL for your region:


The system will redirect you to the KiwiCloud login page. Enter your username and password, then click "Log In" to access the dashboard.

At the top of the page, you can:

  1. Switch the interface language between English and Simplified Chinese

  2. Access User Management, including the User Center and Logout options

  3. View announcements and notifications in the top-right corner

Creating Additional Accounts

A Super Administrator can create additional user accounts with different roles to help manage the KiwiCloud Console. Once a new account is created, an activation link will be sent to the user's registered email address to complete the setup process.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and enter the email address associated with your account. A password reset link will be sent to the provided email address (valid for 30 minutes).
