How to Register an Account
To register for KiwiCloud, please contact our sales team at [email protected] or submit your information via our official website: https://kiwi.cloud/contact-us.
Based on your needs, please purchase the corresponding product license. A sales representative will create your account and assign the appropriate license.
Note: After your account is activated, the system will email the KiwiCloud Console URL, login email, and password to the registered contact.
Account Role Description
All accounts created by the sales team are main accounts by default.
Main Account Capabilities
Create sub-accounts for partners
The main account can create sub-accounts for partners. Sub-accounts are divided into two types:Control-type sub-accounts: App management is handled by the main account. The sub-account cannot manage apps independently.
Partner-type sub-accounts: No restrictions on app management. The sub-account can manage its own apps freely.
Console access to sub-accounts
By default, the main account can access sub-account consoles via authorization. Sub-accounts may revoke this access if needed.Sub-account license allocation
When creating a sub-account, the main account can choose one of two license modes:Shared license: Sub-account devices consume the main account's license quota upon enrollment.
Independent license: The sub-account requires a separate license purchase from KiwiCloud. Typically used when the sub-account needs a higher-tier product.
App marketplace management
Manage a custom app marketplace, including controlling which apps are displayed and uploading apps that appear without review.Device management
