Step 1.
In System Management - Android Enterprise,Click the [Configuration] button;
Step 2.
Create or log in to an Android Enterprise account
Google recommends using a company email to register and create an Android Enterprise management account. The following 4 scenarios are provided for reference.
Scenario 1: Company email is not linked to a Google Account (first-time registration)
If the company email you entered is not linked to any Google Account, the flow will redirect to the Google sign-in/registration page for account validation. The page may first show a message such as “Account not found / Create account,” or it may take you directly into the account creation flow after you choose “Create account.” After the account is created and the registration information is completed, the process will automatically return to the Android Enterprise binding and authorization flow to continue. In this scenario, enter your company email in the input box, click Next, and follow Step 3 and the subsequent steps.
Scenario 2: Company email belongs to a verified Google Workspace domain
If the company email you entered already exists in Google Workspace and the domain has been verified, the system will usually enter the sign-in flow and jump to Step 7, guiding you to complete Android Enterprise binding and authorization.
If Android Enterprise/EMM-related configurations already exist under the same domain, key follow-up steps may need to be completed by a Super Admin in
admin.google.com.If you are blocked during binding/authorization (for example, insufficient permission, or someone under the XX domain has already registered), you can first use Sign up for Android only to continue and complete the binding/authorization so the process can move forward. At the same time, it is recommended to contact a domain Super Admin to complete the company-domain path or grant the necessary permissions, so that you can later manage everything under the company domain in a unified way.
Scenario 3: Company email is a Microsoft email (Microsoft 365 / Outlook)
If the company email is hosted by Microsoft 365 (such as Outlook/Exchange Online), the Android Enterprise registration flow may not necessarily change, and you may still proceed through the Google Account sign-in/registration flow.
If your organization has configured federated sign-in / single sign-on (SSO) between Google/Cloud Identity/Workspace and Microsoft Entra, the Google sign-in process may redirect to Microsoft to complete login and authentication. After that, continue with Android Enterprise binding and authorization.
If this error occurs, please select sign up for limited account,
then on the subsequent registration page select sign up for Android only to complete the binding.
Scenario 4: Enter a personal email (Gmail, etc.)
If the email you entered is a personal email (for example, Gmail), the system will indicate that this path is typically intended for Android device management scenarios. You can still use a personal email to create an Android Enterprise account, choose to manage Android devices only, and complete binding and authorization.
Recommendation: This path is suitable if you want to complete the process quickly, or if you are temporarily unable to complete registration/binding using a company-domain account (for example, you do not have company-domain admin permissions).
Step 3.
You will receive a verification code email from Google. Please enter the verification code on this page.
Step 4.
Enter your name and company name, select your country/region, and click Next.
Step 5.
Confirm that the selected subscription plan is Android Enterprise, and click Next.
Step 6.
Set a password for your Google account, then click Agree and continue.
Step 7.
If you agree to the terms, select Allow and create account, then click confirm.
Step 8.
You may need to wait a few seconds to enter the KiwiCloud portal.
Step 9.
The page will automatically redirect back to KiwiCloud. If the corresponding Organization ID is displayed, it indicates that the Android Enterprise account has been successfully linked.
Q1: What is the difference between a company account and a personal account?
Answer:
Company account
Must be created through the Google Admin console
Belongs to a managed Google account
Recommended for EMM binding, and better suited for enterprise device and account management scenarios
Personal account
A standard Google account, not managed
Typically created and used through the standard consumer registration flow
Q2: What should I do if registration or binding fails for an imin.sg domain email?
Answer:
Cause: Google manual verification is triggered, which leads to binding failure
Notes:
Google indicates this is usually temporary and recommends trying again later
Recommended steps:
First, retry the binding flow.
If it still fails after multiple attempts:
Complete binding first through the personal account path
Then, in the Google Admin console, upgrade the email to a managed Google account
